Senior Product Designer – Digital Banking

About the role

OCBC Group’s Customer Experience team is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape intuitive, human‑centred digital experiences for banking customers and internal users. You will work at the intersection of design, strategy and innovation, turning complex journeys into simple, elegant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of end‑to‑end product experiences across client‑facing and internal platforms, from user flows and wireframes to high‑fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.
• Translate business needs and user insights into clear, scalable design solutions and maintain consistency across mobile, tablet and desktop.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers and senior stakeholders to align on goals, priorities and trade‑offs.
• Map and simplify complex workflows, contribute to the design system, and explore AI‑assisted tools to enhance design efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing digital products, preferably in fintech, enterprise tools or business banking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments and deliver end‑to‑end outcomes.
