Senior Product Designer, Driver Experience and Fulfilment

About the role

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, and its Fulfilment team designs the dining experience for eaters and the relationship between them and businesses. As a Senior Product Designer on the Driver Experience team, you will own product design outcomes, practice and quality for a cross-functional Problem Space Team focused on the Grab driver partner app and operational interfaces, with influence on adjacent teams. You report to the Senior Designer Manager and work full-time onsite at the Grab One North office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product design outcomes in your problem space team and solve problems with the team and stakeholders.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment on experiences that balance business goals and user-centric design.
• Communicate rationales, processes and standards clearly to stakeholders.
• Own the discovery and delivery of solutions within the team.
• Apply design-thinking frameworks and user-centered principles to explore problems.
• Create impactful product experiences and features, including end-to-end flows for complex user journeys.
• Contribute to the design system by documenting new components and enhancements.
• Use prototyping to refine and deliver seamless user experiences.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of product design experience.
• Experience working on cross-functional product teams.
• Solid fundamentals in interaction and visual design craft and practice.
• Design portfolio with at least 2 completed case studies in English from the past 2 years, showing end-to-end workflow from problem discovery to launch.
• Curiosity and aptitude for using AI in the design process, with first-hand experience of vibe coding tools such as Cursor, Replit or Lovable.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of mobile and front-end web standards and development.
• Experience with Figma, Protopie, After Effects or other design tooling.
