Senior Product Designer

About the role

Kyndryl runs and reimagines the mission-critical technology systems that power leading businesses, and is looking for a Senior Product Designer in Singapore. You will partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape and deliver intuitive, accessible and impactful digital products, owning the design journey from discovery through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design, from discovery and user research through prototyping, delivery and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, shape solutions and deliver user-centered experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate assumptions and inform design decisions.
• Design accessible, intuitive and content-rich digital experiences for complex user needs.
• Contribute to design systems and shared patterns to drive consistency across products and platforms.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in product, UX or service design, with a portfolio showing the delivery of complex digital products.
• Strong expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping and usability testing.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence product decisions through evidence-based design.
• Experience designing accessible digital products and communicating design rationale clearly.

Preferred skills

• Experience with learning, education or knowledge-focused digital products, and familiarity with design systems, service design and large-scale ecosystems.
• Public sector, regulated or enterprise environment experience.
• Exposure to research with diverse user groups and use of AI-enabled tools in the design workflow.
