Senior Product Manager - Payout (Singapore)

About the role

EBANX, a global digital payments company present in more than 29 countries, is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its Product team in Singapore. You will own the end-to-end product strategy for payout solutions and work closely with Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, PMM, Commercial and other teams to build scalable solutions that expand the product portfolio and generate new revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the short- and mid-term strategy for payout solutions, aligned with company goals.
• Identify and drive opportunities to expand payout capabilities into new geographies, from market assessment and product design through launch and scale.
• Apply hands-on payout and payment-flow experience to shape scalable solutions and accelerate decision-making.
• Use knowledge of local payment ecosystems, market dynamics, payment methods, players and infrastructure to tailor solutions to each market.
• Turn merchant needs and user pain points into detailed product requirements, guiding solutions from concept to launch.
• Dive into merchant workflows, regulatory requirements, payout infrastructure and EBANX economics to find new revenue streams.
• Work autonomously, anticipating challenges and proposing solutions with limited supervision.
• Align Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, Operations, Risk and Commercial teams around complex payout projects and remove blockers.
• Turn expansion goals into prioritized initiatives, epics and user stories, tracking delivery against business and product metrics.
• Maintain a transparent, data-driven roadmap and reassess priorities based on merchant demand, market potential and business impact.

Required profile

• Shipped and scaled revenue-generating financial products.
• Background in payment processors, fintech startups or other regulated financial institutions, with hands-on payout experience.
• Proven ability to take products from concept through launch and continuous optimization.
• Comfortable crafting multi-year roadmaps and driving sprint-level delivery.
• Success in aligning Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, Commercial and executive leadership around shared goals.
• Fluent written and spoken English, able to persuade developers and C-level executives.
• Strong business acumen, including building business cases and modeling impact.
