Senior Product Specialist – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The Senior Product Specialist will lead the growth of Moleac’s neurology product portfolio in Singapore, establishing and nurturing relationships with doctors, specialists and key opinion leaders. The role combines clinical product detailing with strategic account development to expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive independent sales growth across Singapore.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with doctors, specialists and KOLs.
• Conduct clinical and scientific product detailing to healthcare professionals.
• Identify, open, and grow new accounts in hospitals and clinics.
• Execute structured field plans (weekly/daily visits) to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with the Sales Supervisor to refine sales strategies.
• Provide regular sales reports with performance insights, challenges and opportunities.
• Represent Moleac at conferences, exhibitions and events to strengthen brand presence.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
• 5–7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Singapore, preferably within hospitals, clinics or healthcare institutions.
• Experience in specialist channels and/or neurology is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to detail products and engage healthcare professionals.
• Track record of achieving sales and market growth targets.
• Highly disciplined with strong execution in field visits and account follow‑ups.
• Existing network with Singapore healthcare professionals is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building and communication skills; self‑driven and autonomous.
