Senior Program Manager

About the role

The Senior Program Manager will act as the central point of contact and overall programme owner for the FlightSense contract, representing the programme both externally with the customer and internally across the aftermarket organisation. This role is responsible for delivering customer satisfaction, operational performance and financial results in line with contractual commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall Customer Satisfaction, Operational Performance and Financial Performance for the FlightSense programmes.
• Manage Customer Support Level (CSL) performance, ensuring contractual service levels are achieved and sustained.
• Lead programme governance and performance management cadence, including monthly CSL reviews, EAC reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Identify emerging operational, financial and contractual risks and drive cross‑functional mitigation actions.
• Support technical reviews and issue resolution with product owners, handling Service Bulletin incorporation and chargeable quotation disputes.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7 years, or 14 years of experience without a degree.
• Proven experience in programme management, customer management, operations or aftermarket within an aerospace environment.
• Strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders across technical, operational, financial and commercial functions.

Required skills

• Financial forecasting and financial modelling (Estimate at Completion management).
• Management of contractual service‑level agreements and performance metrics.
