Senior Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to lead construction projects across Singapore. The role involves planning resources, executing works according to detailed programmes and drawings, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate manpower, materials and equipment to achieve project targets efficiently.
• Identify potential obstacles, propose solutions and escalate critical issues to management.
• Execute construction works following detailed programmes and drawings while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to coordinate site activities and resolve issues promptly.
• Adapt to dynamic project needs and perform additional duties as required to support project success.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore (PEB).
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering projects (fresh graduates with strong potential are also considered).
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
