Senior Project Engineer

About the role

CTCI Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead EPCC project execution for semiconductor facilities across Singapore. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing interfaces with clients, partners and suppliers, and ensuring seamless integration of engineering, procurement and construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EPCC project execution and cross‑functional coordination.
• Identify and resolve interface issues among client, partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Plan, coordinate and execute engineering, procurement and construction activities to ensure seamless integration.
• Oversee schedule tracking, change management and vendor management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review engineering drawings and ensure compliance with Singapore construction site practices and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in the semiconductor industry with relevant project exposure.
• Diploma or certification in Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction site practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant certifications in semiconductor manufacturing, quality management or safety are a plus.
