Senior Project Engineer – Security Systems & Project Planning

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead the delivery of security inspection solutions across Singapore. You will coordinate consultants, contractors and developers, ensuring projects are executed on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary project team in daily site activities.
• Conduct project briefings, kick‑off meetings and produce periodic progress reports.
• Evaluate master programmes, monitor work progress and address potential delays.
• Manage submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
• Assist with documentation and provide recommendations for contract awards.
• Oversee safety management systems and carry out regular safety inspections.
• Perform feasibility studies, develop preliminary programmes and budgets.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site and supervise works to ensure quality.
• Liaise with public authorities and handle public feedback investigations.

Required profile

• Diploma in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project management within security or construction projects.
