Senior Project Manager / Associate Director - Corporate Fit-Out & Critical Facilities

About the role

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company with over 22,000 people in more than 60 countries and majority-owned by CBRE Group, is hiring a Senior Project Manager / Associate Director in Singapore. The role leads the end-to-end delivery of workplace and capital projects, including corporate fit-outs, trading floor projects and critical facilities, from planning through execution and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, governance, budgets, schedules, procurement strategies and delivery plans, and manage project teams, consultants, contractors and vendors
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget, and report regularly to senior leadership and governance committees
• Manage construction and fit-out in occupied offices, including swing space, decanting, phased migration and after-hours shutdown works
• Lead trading floor fit-outs, expansions, consolidations and technology upgrades, and coordinate commissioning, testing, cutover and migration
• Build relationships with Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Technology, Security, Risk, Compliance and Operations teams, and lead governance meetings and project reviews
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety requirements, identify and mitigate risks, and manage change control and approvals
• Manage project budgets and forecasts, lead procurement and tendering, administer contracts, evaluate variations and claims, and drive cost optimisation and value engineering

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Building, Real Estate or a related discipline
• PMP, PRINCE2, MRICS or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience delivering corporate workplace or commercial fit-out projects
• Proven experience in financial services, banking, capital markets or similarly regulated environments, and in occupied, business-critical environments
• Experience with corporate office fit-outs, trading floor projects, workplace relocations, swing space and decanting, phased occupancy and critical infrastructure upgrades
