Senior Project Manager - Corporate Fit Out (New Built / A&A)

About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead new build and A&A construction projects from concept through to completion. The role calls for strong technical expertise, stakeholder management and the ability to deliver projects within defined timelines, budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of new build and A&A projects, from feasibility and design through to completion and handover
• Deliver projects in line with contractual, regulatory and client requirements
• Apply project management frameworks, processes and tools to ensure structured delivery
• Coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, consultants and contractors across all phases
• Oversee design development and authority submissions, ensuring compliance with local codes
• Lead procurement, including preparation and review of trade tender packages for building works
• Appoint and manage contractors and subcontractors, and administer construction contracts, including progress claims, variations and extensions of time
• Monitor site progress for structural, architectural and M&E works and track project programmes
• Control project costs and monitor completion activities such as testing and commissioning, TOP/CSC processes, handover and defects rectification
• Liaise with local authorities for approvals, ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations, and maintain quality assurance processes

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
• At least 10 years' experience managing new build and/or A&A construction projects
• Proven track record delivering building projects such as corporate or mixed-use developments
• Experience with structural modifications, retrofitting or building upgrades is highly advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
