Senior Project Manager

About the role

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex engineering and program initiatives within the medical device sector across APAC. The role involves overseeing the execution of single or multiple projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and scope while managing risk.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the execution of programs and projects, potentially supervising other project or program managers.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices to achieve project goals.
• Recommend new processes, metrics, and models to improve project delivery.
• Lead large‑scope projects that have significant long‑term impact.
• Determine methods for new project completion independently while receiving guidance on overall objectives.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and act as a technical resource.

Required profile

• Minimum ten years of experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of APAC contract manufacturing.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
