Senior Project Specialist, Operations

About the role

The Senior Project Specialist, Operations will lead cross‑functional initiatives that drive operational readiness, scalability and continuous improvement across the organisation. Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage improvement projects, system changes and transformation programmes while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage NPI, system changes and continuous improvement projects.
• Lead special projects, PDD/DPD initiatives and operational transformation activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Support customer engagement activities and governance reporting.
• Track project progress, risks and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Support operational readiness and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare project updates and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive successful implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management within operations or supply‑chain environments.
• Experience managing improvement projects, system changes or operational transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Good project‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
