Senior Quality Lab Analyst – Taste & Wellbeing

About the role

Givaudan is seeking a Senior Quality Lab Analyst for its Taste & Wellbeing division in Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring that both finished products and raw materials meet the company’s strict quality standards, supporting the development of innovative food and fragrance solutions across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sensory, chemical and physical testing of flavoring products and ingredients.
• Make approval or rejection decisions on finished goods and raw materials.
• Support microbiological testing of products, raw materials, environmental samples and water.
• Lead investigations of non‑conformances and drive closure of quality issues.
• Manage the Cleaning and Environmental Monitoring program.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in maintaining and improving the quality management system and QC processes.
• Implement HACCP, FSSC 22000 and EHS requirements and support internal, external and customer audits.

Required profile

• Diploma in Chemistry, Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology or related field, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of QC experience.
• Basic sensory evaluation capability and experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of chemical substances, hazardous materials and relevant local regulations.
• Ability to work independently and lead quality investigations.
