Senior Quantity Surveyor – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a senior Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Singapore. The role involves managing the full tender and cost estimation process for a variety of building projects, ensuring accurate pricing and commercial risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs and review drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
• Develop cost estimates, budgets, tender pricing and cost comparisons for each project.
• Compile and submit complete tender packages within strict deadlines.
• Conduct value engineering studies to identify cost‑saving opportunities and commercial risks.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors for tender clarifications and support hand‑over after award.

Required profile

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on Quantity Surveying or tender experience in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, market pricing and local procurement practices.
• Experience with main contractors and building projects is an advantage.

• Permanent contract with a competitive monthly salary of SGD 5,000–6,500.
