About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore, handling design‑and‑build projects and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and manage design‑and‑build tender submissions, budgetary estimates, progress claims, variation orders, and overall cost control.
Provide expertise on contract matters, technical specifications, and authority requirements.

Required profile

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in quantity surveying or related construction cost management.
Strong team player with effective communication skills.

Competitive remuneration ranging from SGD 4,000 to 7,000 per month.
