About the role

Salt talent Search is seeking a Senior Recruiter for an 18‑month extendable contract with a leading travel‑tech client. You will act as a strategic talent advisor, guiding hiring teams across multiple regions and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer for entry‑level through senior positions.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to align with current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Drive diversity and inclusion by creating balanced candidate slates.
• Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and decision‑making.
• Maintain data integrity and provide data‑driven updates to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Talent, Diversity & Belonging, Compensation, and Legal.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience with timely communication throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, especially mid‑ and senior‑level hires.
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders.
• Strong consulting and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Excellent communication, professional judgment, and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to navigate complex hiring challenges independently and deliver results under changing circumstances.
