Senior Recruiter – Critical Infrastructure Business

About the role

We are partnering with a rapidly growing international critical infrastructure business expanding across Europe and global markets, seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join the talent acquisition team on a permanent basis. The role involves end‑to‑end hiring and close partnership with business leaders to attract high‑calibre talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment across multiple business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop hiring strategies and workforce plans.
• Proactively source, engage, and assess high‑quality talent through various channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and competitor intelligence.
• Drive recruitment processes from role briefing to offer management and onboarding.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring efficient, high‑quality hiring.

Required profile

• Experience within the construction or data centre industry.
• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner, or Recruitment Consultant.
• Demonstrated success managing end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple disciplines.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with confidence to influence and challenge.
• Commercially minded with ability to provide recruitment market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
