Senior Recruiter, Enterprise Sales

About the role

Datadog is looking for a Senior Recruiter to find the best talent for its team across Asia Pacific. As the face of recruiting, you will be the first point of contact for new candidates, helping turn them into great employees. The role is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Hunt, identify, screen and assess talent so that qualifications match open roles
• Partner with regional org leaders to plan hiring across several business units
• Build and fill active and passive talent pipelines for roles of varying complexity at high volume
• Pivot messaging, job descriptions and external-facing content or events to improve talent acquisition
• Keep up with recruiting strategies, market trends and company changes
• Create high-touch relationships with candidates and hiring managers for a great interview experience
• Improve the recruitment process by refining interview practices, training interviewers and mastering the ATS, Greenhouse
• Solve regional challenges and work closely with xfn partners within recruiting and the people team

Required profile

• 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably for tech companies
• Able to work independently and handle multiple positions at once
• Strong at selling the value proposition, negotiating and closing candidates
• Operates with a sense of urgency and can adapt to changing processes
