Senior Recruiter – Korean Speaker (Tech & AI Hiring)

About the role

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter who can fluently engage Korean‑speaking candidates and hiring managers. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and niche positions, especially in AI and emerging technologies, within a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior hiring managers, providing strategic counsel and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Administration teams to monitor funnel metrics, remove bottlenecks, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Lead vacancy consultations, define sourcing strategies, DEI requirements, compensation ranges, and selection processes.
• Track candidate status and requisition updates in real time across client and AMS systems, and flag scope‑creep for contractual compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end (360) recruitment, preferably in technology or AI‑related roles.
• Business‑proficient Korean language skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to independently source candidates and build strong talent pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching capabilities.
• Background in the technology industry is highly preferred.
