Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

EC1 Partners is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its fast‑growing Singapore team. You will focus on new‑business development within the FinTech sector, building relationships with clients and delivering high‑quality search processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities across FinTech verticals.
• Generate business through cold calling, warm leads, referrals and market mapping.
• Conduct face‑to‑face and virtual meetings with clients and candidates.
• Maintain deep market knowledge of key companies, hiring trends and talent movement.
• Source candidates via headhunting, job ads, referrals and the firm’s CRM system.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including qualification, interview preparation, feedback and offer management.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs and contribute to team targets.
• Develop a personal brand within the FinTech market while working on a 360‑recruitment desk with senior support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, business development or a client‑facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and generate new opportunities.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Goal‑driven, resilient and proactive mindset.
• Outgoing personality with ambition to lead a market.
• Professional approach and genuine interest in delivering first‑rate service.
• FinTech or Financial Services experience is a plus.
