Senior Recruitment Consultant - Singapore

About the role

Fuku is looking for a high-performing Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive both business development and delivery across Singapore and Malaysia. The role suits someone who thrives in a KPI-driven environment, enjoys building client relationships and has a strong track record in agency recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement
• Proactively develop new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring trends, market intelligence and talent strategies
• Source, screen and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with client requirements
• Manage offer negotiations and close placements effectively
• Deliver consistently against revenue and activity targets

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in agency recruitment
• Proven track record in business development within the Singapore and Malaysia markets
• Strong understanding of professional services, staff augmentation and statement of work (SOW) models
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, proactive and able to work independently in a KPI and target-driven environment
