About the role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in technology, you will join a high‑performing team at Morgan McKinley. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and managing top‑tech talent for a range of clients, from start‑ups to established enterprises, while building lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Promote Morgan McKinley, its services and current opportunities to candidates and clients.
• Act as a career partner, ensuring alignment of expectations between candidates and hiring managers.
• Generate leads, develop a strong pipeline and achieve desk targets.
• Collaborate with team members and other business units to share information and support cross‑selling.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets by setting and executing SMART goals.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, delivering excellent service.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives such as blogs, events and collateral.
