Senior Regional Internal Auditor – APAC

About the role

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Senior Regional Internal Auditor to join its APAC audit team. Based in Singapore, you will oversee internal audit activities across Singapore, Malaysia and China, helping to safeguard assets and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and perform internal audits for entities in Malaysia, Singapore and China, reporting to the Group Internal Audit Manager.
• Conduct end‑to‑end walkthroughs to assess risks, identify control gaps and recommend operational improvements.
• Design and execute testing plans in line with the Group Internal Audit Methodology to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Perform remediation testing and follow‑up audits to ensure corrective actions are fully implemented.
• Maintain accurate audit working papers, testing results and documentation of findings.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports and communicate results to senior stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor a system for tracking management’s remediation actions.

Required profile

• Ability to work across diverse operations in the APAC region.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
