About the role

Join Grab for Business, the B2B SaaS arm of Southeast Asia’s leading superapp, to manage a portfolio of regional multinational enterprise clients. Based onsite at Grab’s One‑North office, you will use data‑backed insights to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction while reporting to the Regional Manager – Regional Key Accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with regional multinational enterprise clients.
  • Pitch and cross‑sell Grab’s platform products to meet revenue targets.
  • Prospect new business, create opportunities and track performance against sales targets.
  • Collaborate with partners to meet consumer needs and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Utilise Salesforce CRM to lead account‑specific growth strategies and present data‑driven insights.
  • Create business plans that enhance client performance and support new projects and launches.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4‑6 years of regional key account management experience in a B2B or SaaS environment, handling multinational clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long‑term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM and conducting in‑depth data analysis to inform business strategies.
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects to develop strategic solutions.
  • Familiarity with multinational enterprise clients in Southeast Asia markets.
