Senior Relationship Manager, International Clients

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager, International Clients will lead the acquisition and deepening of relationships with high‑net‑worth customers across the Priority Clients segment. You will work closely with the Private Banking team to deliver tailored financial solutions and ensure the highest service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions to meet client objectives.
• Provide regular market updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.
• Develop monthly sales plans with the PB team manager, branch manager and PTL to exceed acquisition targets.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients.
• Source and engage individual prospects through calls and networking.
• Deliver high‑quality after‑sales service and manage client retention.
• Organise and present sales pitches to groups, clubs, associations and corporate organisations.
• Solicit referrals from internal partners such as C&I relationship managers.
• Ensure compliance with anti‑money‑laundering procedures and report any suspicious activity.
• Adhere to all bank and regulatory controls and standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in client acquisition, relationship management and retail banking.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑starter who thrives in an international, team‑oriented environment.
• Proven experience in client networking and business development.
