About the role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, forward‑thinking Senior Research Scientist specializing in AI, Data and Agent technologies to lead transformative research initiatives from conception to real‑world impact. You will bridge cutting‑edge academic research with practical industry solutions, turning exploratory ideas into measurable business value for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary research projects from concept through deployment and customer hand‑off, owning outcomes at every stage.
• Rapidly prototype solutions, validate assumptions, and iterate strategically to maximise research impact and business value.
• Act as the technical authority, guiding stakeholder engagement and ensuring alignment between customer objectives and delivery.
• Engineer scalable, data‑driven solutions by selecting and applying the most effective methodologies for real‑world challenges.
• Stay at the forefront of AI, data science and related fields, actively tracking emerging developments to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or a related engineering field.
• Demonstrated experience in research and development or academic research environments.
• Proven track record of translating research concepts into working prototypes and functional solutions.
• Strong communication abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders and customers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for innovation and impact.
