About the role

COCOAGE COSMETICS is seeking a Senior Retail Manager to lead its island‑wide store network in Singapore. The role oversees daily store operations, drives sales performance and ensures a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Oversee overall store day‑to‑day operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets.
Lead, coach and supervise retail team members, handling employee concerns.
Address customer inquiries on product, pricing, availability and delivery.
Support corporate team with store promotional events and campaigns.
Plan staff rosters and manage scheduling.
Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

Diploma in any discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in fashion retail, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Competitive salary ranging from SGD 8,000 to SGD 16,000 per month.
