Senior Robotics Application Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Robotics Application Engineer you will work closely with application engineers and robotics experts to deliver end‑to‑end robotic software solutions for a range of industrial use cases. You will help configure systems, integrate hardware and software, and ensure that each solution meets the performance expectations of our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement robotic software for diverse industrial applications.
• Configure robotic systems to satisfy specific client requirements, optimizing performance and functionality.
• Support integration of robotic hardware, sensors, and software components into comprehensive automation solutions.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and system specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely resolutions to maintain smooth operation.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in industrial robotics and contribute fresh ideas to projects.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with industrial robotic arms (e.g., ABB, UR, Fanuc, Kawasaki, Yaskawa).
• Strong problem‑solving ability and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in automation, robotics, and industrial applications.

Required skills

• Robotic programming and automation project experience.
• Proficiency with CAD software for basic mechanical design.
• Knowledge of end‑effector design.
• Experience with PLC systems.
• Coding skills in C#, C++, and Python.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude (nice to have).
