Senior Sales Engineer – Electronics (Semiconductor Projects)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead semiconductor projects and drive business growth in a fast‑moving global market. You will act as the bridge between customers, regional teams and manufacturing, ensuring successful delivery of NAND, DRAM and HBM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee NAND, DRAM and HBM projects from planning through execution.
• Analyse industry trends to identify emerging customer needs and market opportunities.
• Develop business plans, product positioning and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Define and finalise tool configurations for development tools.
• Manage customer demand forecasts, factory capacity planning and slot allocation.
• Prepare pricing proposals and lead commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate technical alignment across regional and manufacturing teams.
• Prioritise projects, allocate resources and optimise expertise utilisation.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in sales or dry‑etch processes (advantageous).
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and resourceful.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
