Senior Sales Engineer – Indonesia (Remote, Singapore)

About the role

Axon is looking for a senior sales engineer to drive pre‑sales activities for the Indonesian market. Based in Singapore with remote flexibility, you will travel up to 70 % of the time and report to the Director of Sales Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Master all Axon technologies and present technical solutions to CIOs, channel partners and end‑users.
• Provide first‑level technical support throughout the pre‑sales cycle and manage proof‑of‑concept pilots.
• Develop and deliver statements of work, technical documentation, and respond to RFP/RFI requests.
• Build relationships with key partners, position Axon against competitors, and represent the brand at industry events.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Indonesian with willingness to travel extensively.
• 4 + years of customer‑facing pre‑sales or consulting experience, including 3 + years of public procurement work in Indonesia.
• Associate degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent, or 5 + years relevant experience.

Required skills

• Experience selling SaaS‑based solutions and knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, networking, storage and end‑user compute.
• Technical expertise in routing, switching, IPsec, InfoSec, and familiarity with security and hacking tools.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, WCNA.
