Senior Sales Manager, Autodesk Forma

About the role

This role manages a team of Sales Professionals, Business Development Resources and Technical Pre-Sales resources focused on closing new business to grow Autodesk's Construction Cloud footprint. It combines direct sales with a channel sales ecosystem, working with strategic clients to define goals, build solution proposals and coordinate hand-offs to implementation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the team: hiring, coaching, driving results and ensuring day-to-day performance and compliance
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals and forecast revenues
• Build and manage the sales pipeline and opportunities, and develop a territory sales strategy balancing solutions, run rate and services bookings
• Present technical and value propositions internally and externally, and propose deals with partners
• Negotiate contracts and close new business deals
• Keep current on the competitive and business environment in the construction market and screen opportunities by technical, potential and financial criteria
• Stay current through training, publications and professional organisations, and travel to meet goals

Required profile

• Experience managing a sales territory through direct and indirect sales across ASEAN
• At least 10 years prospecting and building relationships with AEC customers
• 5+ years in a hyper-growth SaaS environment and 5+ years of team management
• Expertise in architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) software

Compensation includes base salary, possible annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants and a benefits package. In-person onboarding and/or ID verification may be required.
