Senior Sales Manager – Food & Hospitality Asia

About the role

Informa Markets is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for its Food & Hospitality Asia (FHA) portfolio. Based in the Bugis Junction Towers office, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding sponsorship opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle across a range of event products.

Key responsibilities

• Generate assigned revenue targets through booth, sponsorship, advertising and integrated package sales.
• Identify and convert new business leads via cold calling, industry events and market research.
• Develop and execute business development strategies with Event Directors to enter new market sectors and regions.
• Collaborate with Exhibitor Marketing to create attraction campaigns that drive sales.
• Support on‑site re‑booking of new customers and hand over accounts to the account management team.
• Assist in retaining existing customers and manage newly acquired accounts through their first show cycle.
• Liaise with Event Directors and Sales Operations regarding high‑value customers and floor‑plan availability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales within events, exhibitions or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and develop new business pipelines.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both small‑medium enterprises and large key accounts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across marketing and event operations teams.
