Senior Site Engineer (Main Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Site Engineer to lead civil and structural works on substation construction projects. The role involves supervising on‑site activities, ensuring compliance with design documents and schedules, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all civil and structural works related to substation construction projects.
• Ensure site activities follow approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Oversee earthworks, excavation, ERSS, piling, foundations, drainage, roadworks, cable trenches, equipment foundations, retaining structures, and reinforced concrete works.
• Coordinate closely with electrical, mechanical, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, productivity, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on technical and construction matters.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve engineering, design, and construction‑related issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.
• Experience in substation projects, power infrastructure projects, or utility‑related developments is preferred.
