Senior Software Engineer – 4+ yrs – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with at least four years of experience to design, develop, and maintain secure, high‑quality software solutions. You will work within Agile teams, translating business requirements into scalable technical implementations while ensuring robust security and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build secure, scalable features aligned with sprint priorities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain front‑end applications, back‑end services, APIs, and related components.
• Support Proof of Concept (POC) and Initial Operations Capability initiatives.
• Write and maintain automated unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and provide post‑deployment support.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Analyze existing applications and recommend scalable, secure solutions.
• Mentor team members, lead workstreams, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments with technical ownership.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
