Senior Solutions Consultant – HPE

About the role

Ingram Micro, together with HPE, helps partners navigate cloud, networking, AI and infrastructure transformation. The Solutions Engineering team works directly with partners to solve technical challenges and support business growth, sometimes designing solutions, sometimes guiding conversations and working closely with sales teams. This is a collaborative role where technical knowledge and people skills matter equally.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical guidance and enablement for partners
• Support cloud, networking, AI and infrastructure solutions
• Work with sales teams on customer opportunities
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders
• Help partners strengthen their technical capabilities

Required profile

• Experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering or technical consulting
• Ability to translate customers' needs into technical requirements
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud and networking technologies
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Interest in emerging technologies and innovation
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Solution Consultant – HPE role
