Senior Sourcer, Enterprise Sales

About the role

Datadog is looking for a Senior Sourcer to support its growth by finding exceptional talent. The role partners closely with recruiters to build creative, tailored strategies for engaging passive candidates and acts as the first point of contact for new candidates, helping identify great people and tell the Datadog story. The position is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for senior, hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, an internal CRM, sourcing campaigns, past event attendee lists and other channels
• Promote open roles internally and partner with employees to surface talent in their networks
• Build and run the sourcing strategy for each search: set the approach, test and iterate on outreach messaging, and track progress against data
• Partner directly with hiring managers up to the executive level: set expectations at kickoff, report progress with data and reset the strategy as needed
• Research non-obvious talent pools and map the talent market, including where target talent works and which companies are losing people
• Own sourcing events and projects end to end, from planning through follow-up

Required profile

• 7+ years of sourcing experience at a search firm or on an in-house recruiting team
• Early adopter who uses AI and new tools to work faster and improve the process
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and using data to manage expectations and influence hiring decisions
• Able to work independently across multiple open roles at once
