Senior Supply Chain Executive

About the role

The Senior Supply Chain Executive reports to the Head of Supply Chain and is responsible for end‑to‑end inventory planning, order management, procurement coordination and logistics operations across Singapore and regional affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage import of products, coordinate freight forwarders and oversee delivery to 3PL warehouses.
• Maintain daily inventory reports, monitor stock levels and reconcile goods returns with 3PL partners.
• Coordinate purchasing with overseas suppliers, ensuring orders meet agreed lead times.
• Process customer and affiliate orders, place purchase orders and track shipment progress.
• Prepare export documentation, perform SAP Business One transactions and generate regular supply chain reports.
• Develop inventory control processes, identify supply risks and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, freight forwarding or procurement, preferably in pharma/healthcare.
• Hands‑on experience with regional affiliates, distributors and external logistics partners.
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• SAP Business One (SAP B1) for purchase orders, sales orders and goods receipt.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for inventory analysis and reporting.
