Senior Supply Chain Planner

About the role

The Senior Supply Chain Planner will ensure that the right materials are available at the right time to support global production and delivery. You will lead pre‑season and in‑season planning, work closely with suppliers and internal teams, and use data to manage risks and improve supply performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑season planning for direct‑sourced materials aligned with the Go‑To‑Market calendar.
• Develop and manage long‑range and seasonal supply plans and material pre‑position strategies.
• Review and align supplier capacity plans with demand forecasts, monitor forecast changes and adjust plans proactively.
• Drive in‑season activities such as material pre‑position tracking, PO delay root‑cause analysis, and PO CRD improvements.
• Track monthly material consumption, manage leftover materials at season end, and collaborate with internal teams to reuse excess material.
• Partner with suppliers to manage risks like demand shifts, capacity constraints, and forecast gaps.
• Act as process owner for global material planning processes and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain, material planning or sourcing (apparel/footwear a plus).
• Strong understanding of forecasting, S&OP and supply planning.
• Proven ability to work with suppliers and manage supply risks.
• Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin is a bonus.
