Senior System Engineer

About the role

The Senior System Engineer joins CrimsonLogic’s Enterprise Systems Infrastructure team to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of critical server and enterprise systems. You will work 24x7 to maintain high availability and support business operations through proactive management and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and audit requirements.
• Monitor system health, performance, and incident resolution across L1, L2, and L3 support tiers.
• Drive continuous improvement in system stability, scalability, efficiency, and security.
• Manage infrastructure lifecycle activities, including upgrades, patching, and change management.
• Provide multi‑level technical support and coordinate service provisioning.
• Maintain accurate documentation, asset inventory, and periodic reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise system administration and infrastructure management.
• Strong understanding of compliance, security, and audit processes.
• Ability to work on‑call for after‑hours emergencies and weekend maintenance.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork with cross‑functional groups.
