Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Semiconductor

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the recruitment of highly technical talent, focusing on semiconductor, engineering and technology functions. The role partners closely with business leaders to develop hiring strategies, build pipelines and provide market‑driven talent insights in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire semiconductor and engineering talent.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, talent mapping, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct market mapping and analysis to build sustainable pipelines and deliver talent insights.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the interview process to assess technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Maintain a first‑class candidate experience and ensure compliance with local employment legislation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, including semiconductor or related technology hiring.
• Proven ability to operate in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience recruiting across multiple Asian markets is preferred.
