Senior Tax & Finance Specialist

About the role

This senior position supports the regional finance operations of a globally recognised renewable energy technology company in Singapore. The role combines financial accounting, tax compliance, and corporate governance responsibilities across multiple entities and cross‑border activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle accounting and financial reporting for Singapore‑based operating companies and special purpose vehicles, ensuring compliance with SFRS and Companies Act.
• Coordinate annual audits, prepare audit schedules, and liaise with external auditors.
• Oversee all Singapore tax compliance obligations, including Corporate Income Tax, Estimated Chargeable Income, Withholding Tax, and GST filings.
• Maintain and enhance transfer pricing frameworks, conduct profit and margin reviews, and perform regular tax risk assessments.
• Act as primary contact for IRAS tax audits, provide tax advisory support, and monitor developments in Singapore and international tax regulations.
• Support international tax planning, assess tax implications of cross‑border transactions, and contribute to business structure optimisation projects.

Required profile

• Experienced finance and tax professional with strong technical expertise.
• Ability to work in a multinational environment and manage complex tax matters.
• Proven track record in audit coordination and corporate tax compliance.
