About the role
The Senior Team Lead – Operations will oversee daily warehouse activities across Singapore, ensuring timely order fulfilment and efficient processes. This role combines leadership of staff with continuous improvement of operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to meet operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety, and 5S standards.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve operational issues.
- Drive process improvements and support project implementation.
- Handle customer enquiries and manpower planning.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and leave administration.
Required profile
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau and dashboard reporting.
- Knowledge of process improvement and process mapping.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive improvements.
