About the role

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process.
• Promote Morgan McKinley, its services and current opportunities to candidates.
• Act as a career partner to both candidates and clients, ensuring alignment of expectations.
• Identify and generate leads to build a strong pipeline and achieve desk success.
• Collaborate with team members and wider business, sharing information and supporting cross‑selling.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets by setting and executing SMART goals.
• Develop and manage client relationships, delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates.
• Build a specialist proposition and talent pool to engage potential clients.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives such as blogs, events, media and collateral.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a specialist recruitment consultant in the technology sector within an agency.
