Senior Technical Executive

About the role

Surbana Jurong is looking for a Senior Technical Executive to lead the day‑to‑day planning, management and operation of facilities and foreshore‑structure maintenance projects in Singapore. The role sits on‑site and works closely with an operation team to ensure safe and efficient delivery of services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily planning, coordination and execution of facilities‑management works and services.
• Manage staff responsible for the maintenance and integrity of foreshore structures.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and local regulations for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical works.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and optimise operational performance.

Required profile

• Approved diploma in estate management, building maintenance, civil/structural/mechanical/electrical engineering from a local polytechnic or equivalent.
• Or a degree in civil & structural engineering (marine works experience preferred) with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in the maintenance of foreshore structures within the past three years.
• Strong background in facilities‑management operations.
