Senior Technical Officer – CCTV & Security Systems

About the role

The Senior Technical Officer will lead the delivery, maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV and integrated security solutions for clients across Singapore. You will work closely with client representatives, mentor a service team and ensure high‑quality, compliant service outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute service and maintenance workflows for security systems.
• Liaise with client representatives on all service‑related issues.
• Mentor and supervise a team of service technicians.
• Assist the supervisor in planning and allocating service tasks.
• Manage day‑to‑day client interactions to meet expectations.
• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform additional technical tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum Nitec qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in security system services.
• Willingness to undertake rotational standby duties outside regular hours.
