Senior Unity Software Engineer

About the role

We are building a new game studio in Singapore focused on casual mobile games and are looking for a Senior Unity Software Engineer to help turn creative ideas into immersive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop and maintain Unity3D game features.
• Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
• Build and improve tools and pipelines that increase project efficiency.
• Work closely with product managers to meet milestones and delivery deadlines.
• Contribute to coding standards, best practices and development processes.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance and maintainability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for code, systems and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional game development experience with a strong focus on Unity3D.
• Proficiency in C# and solid understanding of game architecture, design patterns and software engineering principles.
• Experience using Git or similar version‑control systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving, debugging and communication skills.
• Passion for gaming and a creative mindset.
