Senior UX Designer - CTOaaS Platform

About the role

A Senior UX Designer is sought to support the ongoing design and evolution of a CTO-as-a-Service platform. The designer creates clear, intuitive user experiences that help businesses understand their digital needs and follow their transformation journey, working closely with product managers and developers to introduce new features, improve user workflows and iterate based on research and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead UX strategy and design across the VMP and CTOaaS product portfolio, delivering user-centered experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Mentor and inspire a team of UX/UI designers, guiding them through best practices and design processes.
• Work with external user research teams so that research results align with business and product goals.
• Analyse user research findings, provide insights and turn them into actionable design strategies.
• Use data-driven analysis to refine designs, optimise user interactions and improve user experience satisfaction.
• Champion inclusive and accessible design across products.
• Present and advocate for the UX vision and strategy to key stakeholders and executives.
• Assess and improve UX processes for efficiency and quality, with outputs that scale across products.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage and mentor designers and set high standards of quality.
• Ability to collaborate with external user research teams and align their findings with product and business needs.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication to articulate design ideas and research insights.
• Passion for empathetic, data-driven design.

Required skills

• Research analysis, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping and interaction design.
• Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and similar design tools.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
