Senior Vice President - Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Vice President to lead Business Development initiatives for our Family Offices client base. The role focuses on expanding our market presence across financial services, especially within the Greater China region, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term business development strategies targeting the Greater China market.
• Identify new market opportunities, client segments and product offerings, and conduct competitive analysis.
• Build and manage senior‑level relationships with family office and high‑net‑worth clients, delivering customized solutions.
• Lead the full sales cycle, maintain an active pipeline, and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Investments, Operations, Legal, Marketing) to create region‑specific client solutions and marketing materials.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in business development within financial services.
• Strong network and deep understanding of the Greater China market.
• Track record of achieving revenue growth and managing high‑value client relationships.
• Excellent strategic thinking and ability to work cross‑functionally.
