Senior Windows Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Windows Infrastructure Engineer (L3) to provide advanced support for enterprise Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Nutanix, and hybrid identity environments. The role involves administration, troubleshooting, automation, security compliance, and disaster‑recovery activities within a managed‑services setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, ADFS, KMS and RDS.
• Manage VMware vSphere and Nutanix infrastructure, covering virtualization, performance and lifecycle tasks.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity, Conditional Access, RBAC and identity governance.
• Perform patching, vulnerability remediation, capacity management and infrastructure optimisation.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform and Python.
• Handle major incidents, root‑cause analysis, change management, DR activities and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure support.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, GPO, ADFS and hybrid identity management.
